The apartment has air conditioning, satellite TV including German channels, a DVD player, free wireless Internet access, a private safe, free bed linen and hand towels, a fully-equipped kitchen including an oven, coffee machine, kettle and many other appliances and utensils. During the winter you can use the gas central heating for pleasant warmth. The beds measure 160 x 200cm in the main bedroom and 140 x 200cm for the supplementary bed and sofa bed. There is also a children’s bed measuring 80 x 140cm.  A private car parking space is available right in front of the house. There is a pool (10 x 4m, maximum depth 1.9m), as well as a private, fenced little terrace with a parasol and deckchairs.
