The exclusive holiday villa is located in Sisan, a small town on the southern tip of Istria. The place is about 10 minutes from Pula, and from Medulin. The distance to the sea is about 3 km from here. The Kamenjak National Park with its beautiful bays can be reached in about 20 minutes.
The entire villa consists of 2 houses. All rooms and buildings are designed so that you can enjoy the holiday with family and friends, but have enough space for yourself through the large square. The large pool completes the overall picture. The villa is only completely rented, so you are on your own.
The secluded courtyard as a focal point connects the two buildings and impresses with its beautiful, tiled pool (about 25 m² m).
A shady lounge area with an elegant couch landscape and many other seating and lounging areas invite you to relax. The comfortable and covered dining and barbecue area can accommodate ten people.

It is also possible to rent only the main house in the period from 05.09.2020 - 26.06.2021 and from 04.09.2021 - 26.06.2022. The weekly price is then reduced by 40%.
The main house is suitable for 1-6 people.
