This spacious 70m² holiday apartment is in the picturesque little village of Pula-Vodnjan along the west coast of the sunny Istrian peninsula, an ideal place for a relaxing holiday far away from tourist noise.

The modern and tastefully furnished holiday apartment occupies the right half of a two-storey family house, whose other half is occupied by the owner. It was extensively renovated just recently in 2012 and is equipped with all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning units (cool/warm) in all the rooms. It has a living and dining room flooded with daylight and with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms, and a very modern bathroom. The living room provides a generous corner sofa suite, a wide digital flatscreen TV with cable and satellite channels, a DVD and a CD player, a radio and a dining table with six chairs. Next to it there is the glossy black built-in kitchen with the latest appliances: a dishwasher, a three-zone gas hob with an additional electric ring and an elegant stainless steel cooker hood, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. The two bedrooms each have a double bed (160 x 200cm), bedside tables with reading lamps and a wall cupboard with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can also be converted into an additional double bed. The bathroom comprises a bath with a shower attachment, a wide washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a toilet and a washing machine. A cot is available and plenty of bed linen and towels are provided. The reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.

The living room opens onto your private terrace with a table and chairs. Down in the shared 300m² enclosed garden there is a traditional stone grill for your own exclusive use. If you arrive by car, then you can use the secure parking spaces right in front of the house. Although the owner in the other side of the house is always mindful of your privacy, she is always available to assist with any queries.

Your apartment is about 1.5km from the sea, while the nearest beach with crystal clear water is about 5km away. The nearest shops and restaurants, a pharmacy, an ATM and a petrol station are only about 200 metres away. The historical harbour town of Pula about 10km away with its famous amphitheatre, colourful markets and good gastronomy is worth a day trip. It is also worth visiting the Brijuni Islands, or having a romantic dinner at sunset in the nearby little fishing village of Fazana.
